It is best when you can provide high-quality photos for us to use, as this will make your website more personal and appropriate. However, if you don’t have any, we can source both free and premium stock images to use on your site.
Generally we encourage you to provide the copy to be used on your website given that you know your business/project better than anyone else. If you need help with this, we can arrange to have your copy written for you based on an outline of what you are trying to communicate.
No. This is something that you would have to purchase from a provider such as Godaddy or Hostgator. We can help you with this step if necessary, but this has to be provided or we won’t have anywhere to build your site. These things should be owned and controlled by you, so that when your site is done, you have full access and control over it.
Sure you could. There are plenty of platforms that offer this exact thing. However, these services still require that you learn how to use them, and amateur websites frequently have problems such as long load time, errors and don’t typically look good on mobile devices. We are experienced web designers and will give you a professional product.
Because we offer an excellent product at a good value. Our prices are set up to be fair, and we don’t charge for things that should be industry standard.
For example, you could pay anywhere from $200 – $500 for mobile optimization alone. We don’t believe that ANY website created today should be missing this feature, especially given that most people use mobile devices to browse the internet.
This will depend on the amount of functionality your website requires. But to give an estimate, a basic website can be delivered in a few days from the point that we have all the needed access and information to begin construction.
A larger eCommerce website with lots of products, integrations and photos will take longer to ensure you receive a good product.
Every website package we sell comes with at least one round of revisions. This means that if you don’t like the initial style or layout delivered, we will take your feedback and revise the site.
We do try to get it right on the first go, so when you start with us, you’ll be asked to fill out a form so you can describe to us what you’re looking for in terms of colors and style.
We would be happy to help you edit / update your website at a later date. Depending on the amount of updates, we will determine a cost for this. But basic / minor updates (like changes of text or adding more photos to a gallery) will typically be under $100.
Additionally, you will have full access to your website when we complete it. This means that you can use any other designer you’d like.
